he Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic is a state executive body that is responsible for developing and implementing state policies, carrying out normative-legal regulations, as well as supervising and controlling activities in the field of civil defense, protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies, ensuring fire safety, and promoting human safety on waterbodies. Playing a pivotal role in public safety, the Ministry coordinates national emergency response and early warning systems across the country.

To improve response speed and operational efficiency, the Ministry of Emergency Situations commissioned itc to design a smart conference room solution. Last year, the head of the Ministry visited itc's headquarters and factory. The main conference room in Bishkek is equipped with an itc C Series LED display as its core visual terminal. Featuring seamless splicing technology, the display offers low brightness with high grayscale, a high refresh rate, high contrast, and excellent color uniformity, enabling critical map data and resource deployment plans to be presented in ultra-high-definition detail. Additionally, the LED display supports rapid signal switching with nanosecond-level response times, ensuring swift and efficient meeting coordination and decision-making.

To ensure every participant's contributions are conveyed clearly and accurately, itc equipped the meeting room with a digital conference system and a professional sound system. The system features microphones with high sensitivity for precise pickup, stable and clear audio transmission, and uniform sound coverage throughout the room. Furthermore, the itc desktop digital conference units support integration with the remote video conference system, enabling automatic camera tracking of active speakers and delivering an immersive collaborative experience for remote discussions.
The meeting room also incorporates an advanced central control system that transforms complex technical environments into intuitive, one-touch operations. It provides real-time monitoring and centralized management of the meeting room environment and on-site devices. This streamlined approach eliminates the complex task of managing multiple independent systems, greatly simplifying meeting organization and revolutionizing the overall meeting management and office experience.
