itc paperless conference system features motorized LCD screens and microphones with independent lifting mechanisms. Utilizing advanced digital technologies, the system provides essential meeting functions such as secure access control, document browsing, handwritten annotation, voting, meeting minutes, file sharing, and backend management, facilitating recordkeeping and archiving.

To ensure every participant’s contributions are conveyed clearly and accurately, itc equipped the room with desktop digital conference units featuring long poles and high-sensitivity capsules capable of long-range pickup. The system also integrates voting, attendance, meeting services, and discussion functions to improve meeting efficiency and quality.

Furthermore, itc video conference system was integrated. Based on H.265 codec technology and 4K UHD transmission protocols, it enables seamless cross-region remote communication among departments, allowing real-time sharing of emergency information and collaborative development of response strategies. itc matrix system allows seamless transmission and switching of various audio and video signals as needed, offering flexibility, convenience, security, and stability.
