JUCU Meeting Room is a government meeting room modernization project located in Jucu Commune, Cluj County, Romania. As part of the local government's continuous efforts to modernize public administration facilities and improve administrative efficiency, the project aims to create a professional, intelligent and highly integrated meeting environment for government meetings, council discussions and daily administrative collaboration.

The solution integrates a small-pitch LED display, full-digital wireless conference system, professional sound reinforcement, 4K video signal management and camera system, as well as centralized control, enabling clear information presentation, reliable speech reinforcement, flexible AV signal management and simplified system operation.

High-definition Small-pitch LED Display System

Equipped with professional small-pitch LED wall, the system features high contrast, wide viewing angle and stable display effect, free from the interference of ambient light. It clearly presents meeting documents, real-time video conference screens, data charts and other content, ensuring efficient and intuitive information transmission for government meetings and official discussions.

Full-digital Wireless Conference  System

Adopting mature full-digital wireless conference technology, the system supports stable speech pickup, anti-interference and anti-howling functions. It meets the high-standard voice collection needs of multi-person simultaneous discussions in government meetings, with clear and authentic sound quality, ensuring smooth and efficient on-site communication.

Professional Sound System

Matching professional audio processing equipment, the sound reinforcement system achieves uniform on-site sound field coverage, balanced volume and no acoustic dead angle. 4K Video Signal Management and Camera System
