*The intelligent lectern integrates a management computer, a 27-inch touchscreen display, a wireless handheld microphone, a gooseneck microphone, presentation software, a capacitive stylus, and a lectern height adjustment motor. It can realize core functions such as touch annotation of presentation content , dual-channel audio synchronous acquisition, and electric adjustment of lectern height, meeting the needs of digital presentation interaction, mobile/fixed sound pickup coverage, and ergonomic adaptation for speakers.

*The built-in lifting motor supports 20cm travel adjustment. The height can be continuously adjusted by pressing and holding the lift/lower button, and the step-by-step fine adjustment can be achieved by clicking to trigger, meeting the ergonomic needs of speakers of different heights for quick switching and precise positioning.

*The built-in PC host features a 27-inch touchscreen display and a capacitive stylus, providing powerful computing  and  storage  performance and multi-device compatibility. It supports the efficient operation of mainstream office/presentation software, peripheral expansion, and gigabit network connectivity, meeting the digital needs of conference presentations, real-time collaboration, and  cloud  data interaction.

*It comes standard with a universal capacitive stylus, a built-in power switch and a DC 5V charging port, and can be used continuously for 12 hours. It also features an intelligent power-saving function that automatically shuts down after 5 minutes of inactivity.

II. Sound pickup equipment

*It features two wireless handheld microphones with a frequency range of 640MHz-690MHz. The handheld microphones are ergonomically designed with a rounded shape that fits the curve of the hand for a comfortable grip.

*It supports infrared frequency pairing technology, which can achieve tool-free pairing in seconds by scanning the working frequency points of the receiver and the wireless microphone, ensuring zero frequency interference in a multi-device meeting environment.

*The handheld microphone supports intelligent mute function. When intelligent mute is enabled, it will automatically mute after 5 seconds of inactivity. If the handheld microphone is dropped or thrown, it will automatically mute in milliseconds to avoid impact noise.

*The wireless microphone supports up to 10 hours of continuous use, meeting the needs of high-intensity use such as all-day meetings and training sessions, and eliminating battery anxiety.

*The transmitter has one OLED display, one power on/mute button, and two operating status indicator lights; the  display can  show  frequency information, audio encryption status, power level, mute status, and battery level.

III. Presentation Software

*It comes with built-in EasyTalk software, which supports opening file types such as images, videos, Excel, Word, and PPT, and allows for quick page turning on the 4.6-inch screen; it also provides a topic page display function, which can display the meeting topic content and welcome message.

*The presentation software offers four welcome screen themes to choose from, and users can also customize and upload their own themes. The software displays the welcome screen by default upon opening. It also features a theme lock function, which prevents the theme from being changed once locked.

*The presentation software supports full-screen operation, enabling functions such as opening a whiteboard, opening  files,  screen recording, and editing topic pages. These functions should be easily and quickly accessed from the primary menu bar. Asynchronous display is also supported, allowing users to select a single screen to display on the main screen while other software operations are not shown.

*The software features OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, which can accurately recognize various characters such as numbers, text, and letters. The written content is instantly and intelligently converted into neat electronic text, improving document processing efficiency and accuracy.

*The software can open images, videos, Excel, PPT, Word, and PDF files, and allows for annotation, clearing, gesture control, and file list preview. It also supports opening PPT files and allows real-time preview of pre-prepared annotations on the same screen.
