The smart conference podium is designed for high-end conference scenes. The podium has built-in electric lifting to provide users with a more comfortable presentation experience. It is highly integrated with a computer host, wireless microphone  system,  gooseneck  microphone sound reinforcement system and multiple smart terminals, and is equipped with a 27-inch interactive display and a 4.6-inch control screen to improve presentation efficiency. It also has built-in professional presentation software to bring users a triple experience improvement in hearing, vision and writing.

1. Podium

1. The intelligent podium integrates a management computer, a 27-inch touch screen, a wireless handheld microphone, a gooseneck microphone, presentation software, a capacitive stylus, and a podium lift motor; it can realize core functions such as touch-screen annotation of presentation content , dual-channel synchronous audio acquisition, and  electric height adjustment of  the  podium to  meet the needs of digital presentation interaction, mobile/fixed sound pickup coverage, and ergonomic adaptation of the speaker.

2. The built-in lifting motor supports 20cm stroke adjustment. Continuous height adjustment can be achieved by long pressing the up/down button, and step-by-step fine-tuning can be achieved by clicking the trigger, meeting the ergonomic needs of fast switching and precise positioning of speakers at different heights.

3. The built-in PC host is equipped with a 27-inch touch screen and a capacitive stylus, providing powerful computing and storage performance and multi-device compatibility. It supports the efficient operation of mainstream office/presentation software, peripheral expansion and gigabit network connection, meeting the digital needs of conference presentations, real-time collaboration and cloud data interaction.

4. It comes standard with a universal capacitive writing pen, a built-in power switch button and a DC 5V charging port, which allows for 12 hours of continuous use; it has an intelligent power-saving function that automatically shuts down after 5 minutes of non-use.

2. Sound pickup equipment

1. It has two wireless handheld microphones with a frequency range of 640MHz-690MHz. The handheld microphones are ergonomically designed with a rounded shape that fits the curve of the hand and is comfortable to hold.

2. Supports infrared frequency binding technology, which automatically synchronizes the operating frequency of the receiver and wireless microphone through scanning, achieving tool-free pairing in seconds, ensuring zero frequency interference in multi-device venue environments.

3. The handheld microphone supports the intelligent mute function. When the intelligent mute is turned on, it will automatically mute after being stationary for 5 seconds. When the handheld microphone is dropped or thrown, it will automatically mute in milliseconds to avoid impact noise.

4. The wireless microphone supports 10 hours of continuous use, meeting the needs of high-intensity use such as all-day meetings and training, eliminating battery anxiety.

5. The transmitter has an OLED display, a power on/off/mute button, and two working status indicators; the display can show frequency information, audio encryption status, power level, mute status, and battery information.

6. The microphone has a one-touch mute button, supports double-tap mute, and can be unmuted via the receiver .

7. It has a professional gooseneck microphone (55cm angle-adjustable microphone rod) with high-fidelity sound pickup, meeting  the speaker's speech pickup needs with different body movements.

1. The built-in Yanyitong software supports opening images, videos, Excel, Word, PPT and other file types, and can quickly turn pages through the 4.6-inch screen; it also provides a theme page display function to display the meeting theme content and welcome words.

The speech software has four theme welcome interface options, and you can also customize and upload the theme interface according to user needs; the welcome interface is displayed by default when the software is opened; it has the function of locking the theme page, and the theme interface cannot be changed after locking.

3. The presentation software supports full-screen operation, enabling functions such as opening a whiteboard, opening files, screen recording, and editing theme pages. These functions must be easily accessible and quick from the primary menu bar. It also supports asynchronous display, allowing you to select a single screen to be displayed on the large screen, while other software operations will not  be displayed on the large screen.

4. The software is equipped with OCR (optical character recognition) technology, which can accurately identify various characters such as numbers, words and letters. The written content is instantly and intelligently converted into regular electronic text, improving document processing efficiency and accuracy.
