From July 28th to August 8th, 2023, the 31st Summer Universiade was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, with 6,500 athletes from 113 countries and regions participating. This event not only showcased world-class sportsmanship but also served as a platform to exhibit cutting-edge technological achievements. The Universiade featured 49 competition and training venues, all adhering to international standards. As a pioneer in the audiovisual and telecommunications industry, itc played a pivotal role in facilitating the informatization of the main stadium's conference room and command center at the Dong'an Lake Sports Park, ensuring the smooth execution of the Universiade.

The Dong'an Lake Sports Park Main Stadium, a large-scale Grade A sports venue covering approximately 320,000 square meters, can accommodate up to 40,000 spectators. To achieve the highest standards of international events in terms of quality and excellence, itc equipped the venue with a conference sound system, enhancing the command center's security capabilities at Dong'an Lake Sports Park, enabling comprehensive oversight and precise control, and ensuring the success of the event.

Furthermore, itc's paperless conference system and conference pro sound system were employed in the conference room of the Dong'an Lake Sports Park Main Stadium. This facilitated discussions and arrangements for the security task force, allowing them to fully prepare for event security, traffic guidance, power supply assurance, medical assistance, and other related preparations.

This edition of the Universiade witnessed a mutual journey between global youth and Chinese cities, as well as the continuation of the Olympic spirit. As of August 8th, all competitions have concluded, and the Chinese University Sports Delegation led with 178 medals at the Chengdu Universiade. This achievement marked the highest number of gold medals won by the Chinese delegation in the history of the Universiade.
