Dai county is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province and belongs to xinzhou city of Shanxi Province. It is a national historic and cultural city. The whole county is topographically tilted from northeast to southwest. The shape is seems rectangular. The south mountain and north mountain faces each other. Hutuo river flows across the northeast to southwest. It has been named as "the Chinese painting Village" and "the Chinese culture and art Village" by the ministry of culture.
