China Unicom's Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Hub (Shaoguan) Data Center is located within the national Shaoguan cluster of the "East Data West Computing" project. Phase I represents an investment of about 1.145 billion RMB, covers an area of 16 acres, with a total floor area of 124,000 square meters.

The initial phase plans for 48,000 standard cabinets, with a total power capacity of 120MW. It possesses the capability to support ultra-large-scale computing clusters (over 100,000 cards) and the capacity to train and infer trillion-scale AI models. This data center has also become one of the first nationally, and the first in the Greater Bay Area, to receive 5A-level intelligent computing service capability certification.
