To align with the group's new management vision and deliver meticulous and professional service, Jinjiang Hotels partnered with itc to build its Shenzhen New Headquarters into a benchmark smart building.

Leveraging its outstanding products and deep technical expertise, itc deployed over 1,000 AV systems, including advanced LED displays, paperless conference systems, intelligent flat panels, remote video conference, HD recording, cloud conference management, content management system, central control matrix, stage lighting, PA system, and smart building energy management. These systems comprehensively cover over 30 venues in the building, achieving comprehensive smart building capabilities that fully meet the group's diverse application needs.

Smart Meeting Rooms

To meet growing demands for meetings, itc upgraded over 30 conference rooms of various sizes. Deployments include intelligent flat panels, paperless conference systems, remote video conference, professional sound system, digital conference system, central control matrix, cloud conference management, and content management system, achieving clear displays, premium sound quality, unified control, and remote video capabilities for high-end business negotiations, seminars, and other events.

Multiple meeting rooms feature itc intelligent interactive flat panels, which integrate display, interaction, audio, video, and control. With multi-touch, infinite zoom, hybrid split-screen, wireless screen sharing, speech-to-text, and AI framing, it greatly enhances interactivity and efficiency.

itc paperless conference system enables real-time electronic document sharing, annotation, and voting, achieving instant updates of meeting materials. The system integrates seamlessly with other platforms, ensuring efficiency and enhancing information security.

Desktop units with 4.3″ touchscreens support voting, check-in, service requests, and integration with central control, speech-to-text, and remote video conference, offering an immersive collaborative experience.

Additionally, itc cloud conference management platform offers comprehensive venue solutions. It uses big data analytics and information management to allocate meeting room resources efficiently, store vast amounts of business data, and release real-time event notifications via content management systems, boosting resource utilization and management efficiency.

itc installed an over 10 m² of fine-pitch LED screen. With seamless splicing, ultra-high contrast, wide viewing angles, high refresh rates, and vivid color reproduction, the displays bring vibrant visuals to the hall. Combined with itc stereo sound system and advanced stage lighting, the system provides uniform sound coverage and stunning visuals for an immersive experience.

With itc remote video conference and HD recording system, the hall supports live streaming, auto-recording, and storage management for training, performances, and launches, elevating event quality and operational efficiency.

To simplify operations, itc implemented a central control matrix system, integrating control of power, lighting, audio, LED displays, scene modes, and video switching. This enables one-touch management and improves operational efficiency.

Public Areas

To create an elegant, comfortable office environment, itc customized a digital IP network PA system for the headquarters, integrating ceiling speakers and IP network speakers. Covering offices, public zones, and lounges, it delivers premium acoustic experiences.

This system supports background music, announcements, paging, and fire-alarm linkage. Digital audio transmission ensures CD-quality sound without distance or environmental interference. In the smart building energy saving system, itc applied IoT, edge computing, and AI technologies within a cloud-edge-device architecture. Paired with lighting controllers, AC controllers, and eco-devices, it enables centralized monitoring and management of lighting and HVAC systems. Smart sensors collect real-time operational data, allowing automatic adjustments to reduce energy consumption, extend equipment life, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and sustainable environment.
